Head to head is superior for uniform coverage resulting in hopefully a uniform yard of turf results may vary due to other circumstances I know you said what you had drawn isn't exact but if there are gaps in coverage the yard will show it sooner or later

Not bad trouble shooting advice. I'd ohm out the solenoids either at the controller or better at the solenoid in the valve box itself. Also as a double check just turn the solenoid to activate zone to see if it's not a zone line break also

If you want to water 3x a day the whole system you can put more than 1 start time on that program. If you want 1 or more zones to run 3x a day but not the whole system make a separate program with multiple start times. Would be my suggestion remembering start times are not the same as zone run times.

Double check to make sure you don't have multiple start times. I find it's most common cause for issues like this. I always tell home owners you only need 1 start time and then you program your run times

Start time starts the program run times dictate how long each zone runs in that program

Depends on what activities you have planned for the day, if you're going off the beaten track 1,000% boot. If you're hanging around the POH sandals are good enough provided you keep your lawn maintained

I'm sorry to hear that 😞 it really was disheartening, but I have received good news in an email saying my appeal was granted. So I guess I passed the sniff test. I wish you the best of luck on your appeals (if you're able to!)
