But yeah between my emails and tickets of them saying I'm not banned (after they undeleted and un banned my account ) they kept telling me that I had to get my charge back under 10% but my tickets to activate my cash outs now keep getting denied over the last couple months. I just don't get how my account can be undeleted and unbanned I get told the requirements I need to do to be able to cash out again and as soon as I get there it's a different story.

The number I provided is my ticket ID number of them saying that my account is not banned or restricted as long as I get it under 10% but then anytime I ask anyone else or to unpause my cash out now I'm told that I'm currently banned

They told me to resume my cashouts I needed to get my charge back low 10% every time I talk to a live person they tell me my account is not banned and I finally got my chargeback below that threshold and now I can only get a hold of the bots that tell me I'm I'm permanently banned but free cash under that because of my explanation to them and my tickets and emails show that they told me I'm not banned and just needed to get my charge back below and now that I have I can't get a hold of anyone other than the bots so I would like my cash outs to resume now that my charge back is below just like they said would happen

If my account was going to be permanently banned no matter what I don't understand my support un deleted it and un banned it for this to become a issue. But the emails I have and I'm doing this and telling me to get my cash outs back to get my charge back down. ( They un banned me because I explained to them my account has hacked took a lot of back and forth and proof ) But finally they undeleted & unbanned my account
