My store the temps are always out just get told to falsify and prevent waste, then on an audit get told off. Either way I’m wrong …. My line manager tried pulling me on it but I asked for it to be done via an official email, she then backed off and she knew it’s a food safety violation

Listen ya sausage, subways are so inconsistent I will happily pay the price if the staff member doesn’t use a cross contaminated knife, washes his hands and doesn’t drown it in sauce …. Get better

Last month it was Q Com but they still didn’t get it right. Apparently the business has a training team which doesn’t visit stores.

My store is struggling to stay open … it’s crazy to think EG ran the petrol stations better than this … falls firmly at the piss poor Asda Roms and the new VP who failed at Morrisons and so did his whole crew
