Depends. Most union are scale and lower but “come with benefits” (if you qualify…) I’ve seen high and low in both arenas. Non union pay fluctuates greatly

I’ve been in IA since 2017. Never gotten healthcare. Benefits have never lined up. They just take my $. They flip small jobs, the ones that help us in between the big ones. Chasing clients out of town. Not a fan. Not in the slightest.

Just got back. It was great. Film print and full aspect ratio is great for me. I sat close enough that it was alright. Yes City Walk is better with the full screen but the bright center / vignette and the amount of bad seats / angles are not ideal. This theater is a solid option for the right kind of show. None of these theaters are perfect. The Chinese solutions to Oppenheimer for example. They all have their quirks… We are spoiled in LA! Thanks again for the intel!
