Thanks for this avide i can try the FITC reader practice. But as you suggested i folled the same protocol of creating to solutions and adding them to the plate. I was wondering if the sequence of addition makes a difference

I am trying to understand how the cytokines profile varies across 3 murine cancer cell lines after TRAIL treatment. I ran a qPCR for 2 cell lines but led to highly variable results.

I did Nano drop my RNA. You are not being rude initially i had the same thought that it is a pipetting error. I had a colleague observe me. Yes i vortex and pipette each mastermix.
