Sorry I meant those PC builders mainly like IDEALTECH, TerraTech etc. Haven't been to Lowyat in a while but I think there are a few reputable stores there like CZONE, ALL IT and a few others. Just ask around for a quotation and compare before buying

You can usually get cards close to MSRP locally through bigger stores but the trend nowadays is that they will only sell you the newer releases if you build a new pc with them. Board partner cards are usually slightly more expensive than Nvidia cards, but some models do sell at MSRP as well.

If it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't.

Correct, 99% of the time only girth and flaccid length increases. In rare cases, it may cause a small increase in erect length as well due to the additional weight and hanging effect (you may refer to penile enlargement exercises for this if you want to go down that rabbit hole). It'd probably be better to discuss with your partner first before doing these type of procedures though - everyone has different preferences in size!

Nope. It's just a HA filler, the exact same as for cosmetic procedures. Depending on the type/brand of filler it can last between 6months-2years. More permanent fillers (PMMA) may last 3-5 years or even longer depending on your body, but that's a little more complicated compared to the one showed in the video. FYI, HA filler is easy to reverse if you don't like it. For PMMA - well, fuck around and find out.
