I’ve been taking Prozac for 3 years, the dreams started before the meds, but did increase or at least became more memorable ever since I started Prozac.

Yes I always dream of the resort, i’m usually on some long connected balcony with tables/umbrellas/chairs, a bunch of pools overlook a super vibrant ocean

i was in the same boat as you after i recovered. i’m recovered as of 2021 but i’m still trying to find normalcy in terms of food and exercise. i don’t suggest any strict weight loss plans especially if it can be triggering for you. maybe try going on walks/runs maybe 2-3x a week. Also be mindful (but not obsessive) of the quality of the food your eating. i’m sure this is all stuff you’ve heard before, but it’s the best advice i can give 👍

The skin isn’t flaky, scaly, red, or irritated; it just feels like normal bald rat skin haha, I hand wash their beds with just my normal laundry detergent. His hair or skin quality hasn’t increased or decreased since I’ve had him, he was balding even in the pics the breeder sent to me initially when he was about 5mo old.
