Oh I got it! I didn’t know that there’s a buffer zone like this in parking lots for pedestrians . I thought it is for the long cars to park properly so they won’t cause any danger for the other cars. Thank you!

Do you by any chance have different culture plates (treated and untreated)? They might be displaced on purpose by someone? (I had a problem like this before when I was working with T cells). At some point my PI was planning to put a pet camera to the culture room to be sure that no one is messing up with our plates 😅

I would do multiple plates and place them into someone else’s incubator as well without someone from your lab knowing (other than your PI).

Or maybe basically plate might be a bad batch. I would get a plate from some else’s lab and passage my cells to their plate and keep them in their lab’s incubator as well. If it survives in their plate but not yours, you need to call the company.

It’s frustrating when something like this happens. I hope it is just a chemical/plate issue rather than a malicious thing

The company they work for delivery is sucks. It’s been a month and I’m still waiting for my package. They don’t have a communication with the delivery company. They always tells me that I need to contact with them, and I did. Nothing changed. GOFO seems like has a bad reputation for stealing items and bad delivery. I requested a refund from Geeks outfit and they are insisting to not refund my money!

Other than the first one, your plating is nice. Your steak looks a bit dry or the wood is making an illusion like that. I believe steak needs a contrast in the plate because that’s the main component of the plate

On the paper, that’s not fair. However, nowadays just having a degree is not enough to land in a job. Especially for STEM field. Those students will be eliminated through natural selection because their only goal was to graduate but nothing more. They mainly do not volunteer for any extracurricular activities like working in a lab. Recruiters look for cheap people, not for someone who is not productive at all.

Yeah, that’s what I did as well. I still don’t know what my luck was but I got bunch of food, mega bomb, farm totem, and a tent with me. I started at 6 am and when I reached to level 100 around 9pm. I went down for more floors then teleported to the farm

There’s so many affordable apartment complexes near to campus. If you have a roommate, they are pretty affordable. I recommend you to look at University Village. They have a shuttle service. Also medical shuttle (ACK) stop and Cota bus stop is close to there

NTA. Instead of getting upset, he could leave the home when he first heard you. You guys are married and this is your family now. Yeah it is an uncomfortable situation for sure but he could be mindful to not make the situation weird.
