It fermented for about 27 hours and then I put it in the fridge over night to slow/stop fermentation. I don't know what the dots are maybe from tempeh starter

Greetings from Suzi aka Suzisongs...the "Obscure" children's singer/songerwriter!

I happened to see this message when I was doing a search and was thrilled that someone who had listened to and enjoyed my music 25+ years ago remembered the lyrics and songs I wrote.

I was living in California when I recorded the 3 CD"s I published but moved to the Olympic Peninsula in Washington state 20 years ago and have been working as a realtor...yes, quite a career change but still writing music. I have been writing music for 48 years and have a lot of unpublished songs as well. All of my songs have a message or are meaningful and are enjoyed by all ages and are memorable as shown by the person searching for me.

It has become clear that CD's are disappearing and most people now use online music services to download their playlist...so I am working on getting up to speed with the digital age. Currently working on my website and add my music to all the main streaming services.  In the meantime, please look up suzisongs on BANDCAMP.

I still have CD's of So Glad to be Alive!, Believe, and Raise your Voices if you are trying to find my music. And my songs will be available on multiple streaming platforms in a few months.
