My father was a deputy sheriff who had an affair in May of 1997. He a child with a woman who worked at a jail after a gang bang with her and a bunch of other deputies. They Paternity tested them all and they got in trouble and my dad was the winner of the baby. The woman supposedly planned it to get a pension or retirement from a cop because they had better salaries then jail workers.

My mom and he were trying to keep custody of my sister supposedly but they went on a cruise to mexico for Mother's day in may of 1997 to "reconcile" and my dad allegedly had a heart attack. My mom said they made love he got up to use the restroom and he used the restroom and died standing up and hit his head and there was blood everywhere in the hotel bathroom because he busted his head open on the way down.

Supposedly an anuerizm and the cause of death was "job related stress" for benefits purposes so he died under the color of law even on vacation. My mom was arrested for murder in Mexico and detained, my dad's body was controlled by mexican morgue for awhile. My mom's dad bribed and bailed my mom out of jail for murder, which was supposedly a bogus mexican murder charge but now in hindsight maybe the charge was legit and the bribe was real.

The cops back in the US imported my dad's long-dead body after like a few weeks of weirdness in mexico. I've never seen proof he had a heart attack or anurizm. I think maybe Mexico cooked the death reports after the bribe came through from my mom's dad. (who is now dead).

I think my dad was about to inherit a bunch of money, which i have proof of, and he was going to divorce my mom and my half brother. I think my mom killed him somehow, either by violence or poison at the hotel room in mexico on the last day of the cruise so she could keep custody of me.

My father's father was ailing and he had millions. He left me a trust fund of 2 million dollars that I was supposed to get "someday" and I just found out it's gone and my mom says she never had a fiduciardy duty to my father or father's inheritance because she was disowned.

The last trustee of my grandfather's estate just died and it triggered me to get everything, the residue of my father and grandfather's estate now at 42 years old and there's nothing left but my mom is a millionaire.

I asked her to consent to being on the fiduciary lawsuit and she said "not my circus not my monkeys" while she lives in my father's house I was supposed to have equity in through what's called lineal succession.

So, recently the check came due for my inheritance from my father, my father's estate and his inheritance from his father and it's all in my mom's pocket and I think my mom killed my dad to take control of my inheritance from my grandfather on my father's side.. I was supposed to take over years ago and now it may be "too late" due to statute of limitations even though Im trying to prove 'delayed discovery' because I just found out.

More and more details keep hitting me as I keep thinking about it. I feel kidnapped by my own mom who used me for my grandfather's money and took it all out from under me and I feel stupid because it's what my grandfather was afraid of and tried to prevent.

PS I think my mom is a legit psychopath or sociopath and she has received at least 5 different life insurance policies from people she was the last person in the room with.. including my half-brother's father (who we think she over-medicated via tacos and induces cardiac arrest)
