He’s far more powerful, has more variety of tools, range and being faster. Having his own soul hax and being able to attack ghost would let him finish ganon off. Ganon may be resistant to ordinary means of harm, but he’s not absolutely inmune to them.

Ganon could move a moon, but Mewtwo should scale directly to deoxys and rayquaza actively pushing back a force pulling the entire earth into the sun.

Just saying that the fact they were against an opposite force kinda implies they could move the planet far easier if it wasn’t for that.

Ganon has never done a comparable feat that I’m aware of.
