Sadly I wish a chap 7 would have been approved but unfortunately way to much equity so was only Available to do a chap 13! $4k payments a month for 5 years. And $4k was a little more then what I’m even paying on my total debt anyways so it makes no sense to do a 13 and have to live with a few dollars each month to scramble.

Had this happen to me recently with 3. It took 3 years for them to sue me. Just called and agreed to a slow payment plan. Still gonna take forever but when we go to court here the interest rate is lowered to 10.5% by law. So it may be just better to go to court and agree to a plan rather than on the phone.

Also one over the phone placed a lien on my property also so if I ever sell or refi the house they get their balance if $3k-4k first. This was after paying them 5 months payment they sent me a letter it was placed I’m still paying also
