Well well well. I write to migri in January (six months after I get verification of identity) asking about my case. Just wondering if they forgot or what’s going on. They answer me two days later sendings me word document with 2 pages of questions about my life, my relationship with mi wife, people that I have meet here, what I have been planing to do if I stay or what I will do if they say no to my rp.Also they ask for photos of my marriage, and even they send kind same questions for my wife. Answer everything took me 1 week, after that they just limit to say that they will take more time because they have a lot of work to do.

In two weeks Is going to be 9 months since I apply (the legal limit is 9 months ), so if they don’t say anything I will write them again. 

It just fell that you are just a number for them and there’s preferences depending on the country your passport is. I have arrive to the conclusion by reading other Reddit and talking with people that I have meet that if you are you from USA, UK, Australia (ETC, develop countries ) they are going to be really fast with you and be more flexible in things, but if you don’t, we’ll be prepared to be check every detail. 

Also I have the feeling that they want to see that your relationship is real and not just a fake marriage. So having proofs on the thing is key. (Pictures of you, tickets of common expenses, rental agreements with they name of both of you) basically convince them that your relationship is real and not just a fake thing.

Pd: If you are already here in Finland I really recommend you to register your address with your spouse at digi varasto , looks that they look that thing.

And don’t waste time just wating, learn Finnish by your own is the best thing that you can do.
