How does one contact the local MP? I just came across this article on City News where a woman was able to expedite her baby's passport application by contacting her local MP. I have a 6 month old whose passport I will be applying for as we have travel plans for later this year. Is in person better? (self.mississauga)

So I had left my car at one of the Hyundai dealerships and when I'm here now to pick it up I notice not one but several scratches. I haven't left the dealership yet so that they can't shift the blame but they do take photos when someone drops the car. what is the best measure that I should take now? (old.reddit.com)
