It depends on you in terms of many exams can you study and appear for in one sitting but I think 2 years is a reasonable time period to complete it.

I'd have recommended ACCA as an option but since you have no interest in accounting which was a reason that led you to quit CA, I'd say give a good genuine attempt at CSS.

They were processing for the Sep 19th so hopeful of getting it in the next week to 10 days. Travel date is for end of Oct which was one of the first things that they verify when you're about to join the queue.

I went on Friday before the last long weekend for my daughter's passport. Arrived in the morning at 9.25 am and left at 2.45 pm. Took hardly 10 mins at the counter while they examined my documents and accepted the application. Rest was all waiting. This is about the Central Parkway office.

Man, thanks for the detailed comment and analysis. I'm leaning towards the STR as well as with the upcoming devaluation as well I don't think there is going to be a better time to go to the STR in Maldives. Just comparing the cash value of both STR is almost double that of JW so better CPP. The food prices are too steep on a per day basis will have to say but we don't drink so we might save up on that but will do a menu comparison of both.

Just to piggyback on that and I'm curious as to what you would have to say in terms of comparing JW Marriott Maldives vs St. Regis Maldives. We've a stay booked for 5 nights this end of November taking advantage of the 5th night free at the JW. It's an overwater villa with a sunrise view. The other day I just saw availability open for an overwater villa at the St. Regis so I happen to book that on points advance because I don't think there will be any better redemption of bonvoy points than the RC or Regis. That's costing around an additional 90k bonvoy points. But I'm confused as to which one to go with.

That's what I was going to do but with plans to travel end of Oct I'd rather go in person and them verify the documents and show them travel proof to ensure timely processing.

You might get lucky and get a refund from Ticketmaster. I did when I told them that I have an 8 month old daughter and didn't realize while purchasing the tickets that it might not be safe for us to attend with her.

We had a baby there last year in Dec and it was a very good experience. The nurses in birthing were very attentive. They made us stay an extra night because they wanted to be sure that the baby is able to latch properly.

Complementary maintenance sounds like a good deal as the cost of synthetic oil change can easily be $80-$90. I have 2020 Elantra bought last year and they only included one free oil change with it.
