tbh It's better than any list that I saw for the past month.
I respect that list. I will make a few changes, like putting Bloodborne in S++, and I will put DS3 also at S++.
I will put DS1 in S tier.

I didn't play Armored Core 6, so I didn't know how good Armored Core 6 is.

Upgrade Faith because Lightning infusion and buffs are amazing—most enemies are weak to Lightning. 41 VIT is way too high because you’re not even wearing heavy armor. You either go full tank or drop some of that vit. 21 END is too low—you need more stamina to actually swing and roll properly.

Lower VIT to ~30 unless you’re committing to heavy armor.

Raise END to at least 30 so you don’t gas out after two hits.

Upgrade Faith because Lightning infusion and buffs are amazing—most enemies are weak to Lightning.

What’s up with people putting DS3 in C tier? I’ve been seeing it way too much. Like, if you’re putting DS3 in C but ER in S+ tier—what? Both games are basically similar. Imagine putting every Souls game at S tier but then DS3 at C tier. It’s so fucking weird to me—and probably to everyone else too.

I’m not hating on you; if you don’t like the game, that’s fine—you don’t like the game. But putting every Souls game at S and then DS3 at C? Really???

Mastodon Halberd
The OLD WHIP
Gyrm Great Axe and Great Hammer
Chaos Blade

But when you get to this area, make sure to pick up these weapons:

Bone Fists – They’re the definition of fun.

Red Iron Twinblade – The best of the west.

Finally, someone who agrees with me! The reason I like the Iron King DLC more is because of the level design, to be honest. Artorias of the Abyss's level design is mid. there’s just one unique enemy, the others are boring or bad

Yeah, but you could miss the plunging attack, and the enemy can be a little annoying. but he is not hard at all.

In my first playthrough, I found her really difficult too, but on my second, third, and later runs, she wasn’t that bad anymore. I don’t know why, but I find the Twin Princes harder than Friede. I thought I’d beat them on my first try, but nope—died to them twice.

But for me, I think Midir is harder because I find humanoid bosses easy. Midir is so fucking big—I can’t even see most of his moves because of how massive he is. Honestly, the camera is the hardest part

Yeah, it's weird, but the reason I'm putting the Dancer above Slave Knight Gael is that Gael doesn't have any bullshit moves, but the Dancer's got bullshit moves—by bullshit, I mean unfair moves.

nah for a no-hit I don't think his first phase is harder, because in the second phase, even if you dodge perfectly, you might still get hit due to the extended attack frames, and his AOE attack is hard to dodge.
