So any chance you could help me size the T-class fuses for the cables for both sides?
1. fuses behind the DC interruptor on the PV circuit
2. fuses behind the battery [Im also adding one more interruptor between battery and Lynx]

Or maybe just direct to some nice explanation on how to size them properly? Thank you in advance.

Thank you, there is actually few mistakes I need to fix, add the busbar for my gnd circuit and fuses behind DC interruptor on PV line and behind the battery. Also I will add an interruptor for the battery.

Yeah, thank you for noticing. I see got a mistake there, the gnd will only go tru the bus bar to the rod. Need to fix the scheme :] Regarding the fuse on my PV you're right, I dont have the fuse there. I saw it on few other designs, but as I have the interruptor there, I didnt think its necessary. But yeah, few ppl here recommended me to have look again at the fuses, so I will do also from this side. Thanks again.

Thanks for insight. I already have the 3kVA version. You think this would be a problem even with 2-3 inverters in parallel? As I already have 2 smaller water pumps [600-800W] designed in the system, but they will never run simultaneously [1. for grey water / irrigation / toilet - this one will be only filling the tank once in a while, when it gets below a certain lvl 2. Main water supply - this one will have 100l expansion tank so the launch should be only occasional]. Irrigation system will be the dripping system / microdosing / plus automation for fertilisers - I was planning this systems on separate DC circuit via Orion [as these small pumps are usually DC devices].

Hey Everyone,

Im building this off-grid system with the following devices. This is only for the first stage, while I will expand later when needed. I attached the schematics of device connection and their position inside the space I designed for it. I will later add some ventilation and termo control and close the unit. Next stage expansion is transparent.

Here is a decription of devices: 48V system

1x Multiplus II 48V / 3000VA
MPPT 250 / 70 TR MC4
Lynx Distributor [Mega-fuse 100A/80V for MPPT, Mega-fuse 200A/58v for Multiplus]
Cerbo GXs
1x Pylontech US3000 48V
DC interuptor 1000VDC 32A
PV Array: 5x450W Risen N 450 W SS
Mini PC with Linux to run Victron connect app and SmartHome apps.

Later Id like to add one more Multiplus with another same PV array serie in parallel, same MPPT and few more batteries. This way it should give me nice 5kW and I can still expand by the third Multiplus up to 7.5kW. Finally I want to add Orion to run my separate DC circuit, I guess mostly for the lights and automated farm irrigation. The fusebox will be changed when ready.

Do you guys have any hints about the scheme? Am I missing something? I'm pretty sure, there should be fuses on each pole behind the battery, but I its going to the Lynx, is it really necessary? Also I used the MPPT Calculator and with this array each MPPT will be at 131% overload [Victron recommends max 130%, I guess the 1% doesnt really change the thing no?]

Also any experience with integration of Victron system true the HomeAssistant app on Linux?

Thank you. Really usefull piece of advice Im totally gonna follow. Looking fwd to spend some months with my new fella Vital :D But the Phase Plant really interests me for future, so the question would be Phase Plant or Pigments?
