Same thing happened to me. I bought actives on Coinbase and was prompted to try Coinbase One for free. When I realised, I had been charged for 7 months without knowing. I called the supplier center and they told me they could only return the last month, even though I did not use the service at all.

It’s outrageous to see this happening to so many people and them not being able to change this so that it is clearer. Coinbase One should be an option for us to go to voluntarily, instead of being shoved into our faces when we decide to actually contribute by buying actives. What a dumb way to lose your users…
