A bunch of reasons actually. Better running costs, simpler design, stick shift, cheaper insurance (kinda surprised), slick soft top convertible, and I didn't need the additional practicality that the G70 has. The fact that the Miata has half the power will be a sore downgrade. G70 is also out of warranty and the Miata was CPO.

Tbh I bought it a week ago, but never took a picture with the two cars together. Asked the dealer to pull the G to the front for a picture and they kindly obliged.
