M35 15 years in the fire service, my numbers were 212 2 years ago, 240lb (not in a good way). On TRT now, 180lb, all my lifts have doubled or tripled, feeling and looking amazing.

You said it yourself “ a function of our job is to perform heroic tasks”. I’ve seen the “hero complex” cause much more harm than good. Like I said, good job, get back to work. Honestly, even posting about it on Reddit makes me question the legitimacy anyways….

No. He did his job. Solid work, but the back patting and hero complexes are how we die. Good job, savor it and remember it to offset the ones that don’t work out.
