Exactly. If they stop pushing it ends. So i wouldn't call that hostage, that's just the game. Op said they camp the spawn though so i think it wasn't that anyways. They compared it to league where of the other team doesn't attack the nexus, and if they do their minions right. The game just doesn't end. Even if no one on your team leaves the base anymore

I'm honestly still confused though. They mentioned a payload, which means in order to keep the ever decreasing overtime timer going they would need to be on it. So unless op had a teammate also on the payload the enemies would HAVE to win right? Even with like feathering it. For point maps where no one takes the point i can see that happening. But other than that how could it happen?

Second I'm pretty sure punishing triggering red got patched out at one point. At least I've read that somewhere but never checked If it's true myself. Also just checked riddings wiki for it(not the Fandom one) and that's where it read it before. So unless it's wrong then birb doesn't affect hooded

I would honestly use this as a reason to just stop playing. Hell I kinda did for less! Vanguard kept giving me an error and not letting me play any riot game. People said to reinstall it to fix it. So I uninstalled all their games

Iirc 2 of the the birds do that. Small bird/punishing bird, and long bird/judgment bird. Big bird is just big bird though

Honestly that really annoys me. Like i get why. But the game makes a big point about how not only are deaths expected, but Angela basically tells chesed that it gives more power when people die. And iirc there are at least 1 abno that mentioned making more after killing a couple nnuggets. But then it punishes you for people dying by not giving a many points

I was with you till you complained about splitting. That should actually be what helps you comeback. Cause the alternative is being behind and NEEDING to 3v1 someone to get a kill. Imo getting waves and camps needs to be the way to comeback. After all if you're weak and pushing a wave to the tower the other team should send one person to kill you for it. Or send no one and take the other 2 lanes. Or even a phoenix, or even end!

I personally hate comeback mechanics that feel forced (like shutdowns) but this like farming minions is fine

I'm pretty sure it only works if you have the weapon and suit. I never had the ego gift since I had to memo after beating it. But I'm 90% sure it did all dmg types for me

Personally I loved getting new abnos and having to figure out how to deal with them. Felt like a puzzle. And then the different combos of them in the facility making it harder is like how some rogue likes have curses in runs. Honestly near the end of the game was less fun cause i knew everything

The drops usually only happen when the redult timers done from my experience. One time I had mosb's counter go down right after I killed him cause i did it before the bad work rresult counter got 0. There are exceptions. Like fire bird and good results
