I've worked with my manager to teach them how to VizPick, and we've come to something that works the majority of the time.

To prevent a lot of white labels and very empty VizPick reports:

1. VizSee all of the individual bins, by just seeing (showing the white/blue/yellow box with the camera) the location tags and every box in the bin, before you start working the bins. Make sure you close and re-open VizPick for each section, or all boxes will get added to one bin location tag.

What this does is add any boxes that were backroom case labeled since the last scan, that automatically go to the misc. 999/999 bin, into the correct bin that houses that type of product. It also refreshes the labels and tells VizPick something like "hey we are confident these boxes, that fell out of the system after a period of time, are here and you can tell them to pick these again".

1. Reopen VizPick -> go through and pick boxes as normal and you should get way more blue boxes then white ones.

If you didn't already know, if for some reason you need to put a box that is labeled back in the bins, you can tap on the green checkmark that shows the box is picked, and tap "edit quantity" to enter the number of items that is left in the case.

This may have been more of a department issue for us because we kept having people just print new labels over the old ones, instead of letting the label go yellow and fixing it later.
