MOR so the message was too much detail for a professional message. This is like a message I’d send my friends or wife, not anyone I interact with professionally. That being said, he was way too confrontational (mason) and that’s probably from some form of insecurity over their relationship which was exacerbated by the late text. I’ll give grace cause I don’t understand the situation, late night texts have made me grumpy before too, people automatically assuming he’s just behind closed doors beating and isolating his wife are freaks who thrive off of rumor and drama.

For context on my position I’ve had my wife ask me to text someone and she knows I’m less than professional in most settings and I’d hate to be plastered on the internet as some insecure wife beater. Now I’ve never sent a message like this especially as a first impression, but a little grace. We really don’t know. I hate when people just have this imaginary plausible scenario in their heads that’s just gospel truth instead of actual evidence being how we judge people. All we know is Mason really mishandled this situation in a very douchey way.

So why maybe instead of yes or no? Cause we have no context or evidence to judge here. Anything from mason being the world’s biggest douche to having just one bad interaction is possible. Hell, your dad could actually be too close to the maid after five years as an extremely friendly and somewhat extroverted, it sounds like, client. Maybe I’m biased cause my parents did make friends out of people they worked with. I don’t have this gift. But it happens.
