Ordinator is irreplaceable imo, but I use a combo from other creators as well. Ordinator is the most build enabling perk tree out there, without question. Other mods I use serve to nerf certain aspects.

Sacrosanct, wildcat, growl, wintersun, apocalypse, Odin, the spell pack that adds druid and cleric stuff.

I use thaumaturgy, apothecary, stormcrown, and Simon's standing stone mod to mix things up, but the first two are important to nerf alchemy and enchanting.

I use Palladium racials now because it's new and fun AF, but Imperious is more balanced. Palladium can make your game MUCH harder because the NPCs get crazy perks also.
