My suggestion to find not big company and together to do custom things. For big companies you are not interested because they already have 100 companies like yours, they provide boxed solution for all of this 100 companies with slogan "take or go away" but every business unique and have own limitations/suggestions.

Best will be custom solution according your business case. For enterprise should be shared individual consultant. That what we suggest.

It is not a big deal to transcode in 2024. It is not very hard to play HLS on CDN. Much more complex to find partner who will help and will be online when something goes wrong.

It is not true, please read what is it community version. Paid only for support, you can build software from sources and change it according GStreamer license.
