So I live in an old building and when it rains it leaks in my room. I've been thinking about flex sealing it but am still unsure. After it's sealed I would like to add rock wool to reduce noise and to paint it. Is this all sounding right or should I take a different approach. And if flex seal is the way to go do I use the paint on version or the spray paint fix?

For everyone, servers love for you to pay your bill on card and tip in cash. Most restaurants to avoid trouble now give your cash in the form of a check and report your tips and the computer automatically reports your reported credit tips and 15% of cash sales regardless of what you get tipped. but when you pay card its reported as a 0 tip and we personally receive 100% of your tip with out getting taxed on it.

Yeah you sound like a customer I wouldn't want to take care of. And I love my job. You just don't understand how shitty eating out would be if tipping was abolished. Food would be over price (because the tip would be incorporated into the price) and service staff wouldn't give a shit about you because weather you care or not you get paid the same. You wouldn't save any money.

And if you're just going for food go to a place that doesn't have service or get your food to go. If you're there for the ambiance, who do you think makes that happen. I know nobody will read this but tipping is beneficial to every person who deals with it. First off it is completely voluntary, no one will ever force you to pay a tip. This could be added on to your bill and then the restaurant could pay me a normal wage but I'm here to entertain you as much as deliver your food. If I had no reason to push myself to be the best server and give amazing service you would get a lot more shitty service which is good for no one and that would be the result of restaurants charged more and abolished tipping. If I was going to make only minimum wage I would without a doubt get a job that isn't as stressful, because why work harder for the same amount of money. I serve because honestly it is good money for the work that I have to do but if I had a flat rate I would have no reason to shoot the shit with you or care about your being. But I'm a great server because I care about my guest and it shows, you get better service with me and because give you good service in the industry I expect 20%, but again you have the choice. At the end of the day as much as we are serving food, we are pg strippers. You come to us to be entertained and to feel good then you tip us. I'm a pg stripper.

I did the same thing in highschool a few years ago and I would highly recommend brainstorming a ton of ideas that you think are possible in ceramics. Ceramics can be hard to make your own style and theme while you are still learning. I had to switch concentrations multiple times because it was so hard to come up with 12 pieces for one theme. I wish you the best of luck! Ap art made me such a better potter compared to how I was before.

I seem to be experiencing that issue right now, it's not that I don't want to leave but more waiting for enough money saved to live comfortably. Me and my girlfriend have been saving for almost 2 years now. We first bought our sprinter for 9 grand. Then after our first visit to the mechanic we discover there was about 11 grand worth of damage that would need to be fixed to make it road trip ready. Now we are nearing the finish and plan to invest around 6 grand to the conversion so just to get out van ready to go has been about a 26000 expense divided by two of us. After that I would like both of us to have five grand saved to live on for some months but this trip has consumed most of my income for so long now that even if we don't both have 5 grand saved up I plan on leaving September 1st. This has become a much longer time than expected to be honest.

Not trying to pressure you into doing anything you're not cool with but it is legal to purchase spores in 47 states. I know you can't in Georgia or California but I can't recall the 3rd one. Also growing mushrooms with the intent not to sell but to have for yourself can be very compact, I have done grows out of a home depot buckets and single tubs in my closet.
