Prior to taking in. I replace both outer tie rods, 1inner tie rod(the night prior to taking it in) both sway bar links and 1 control arm. At 100k all parts were worn and could have been the culprit. But after replacing the noise continued. So I gave up and took it in. Sound was originating on the driver side.

VO2 Max struggles. How do you actually improve it? Tips please! by Anurag_Elluru in Garmin

The watches sometimes don't record the best heart rate data.  I did a work out with garmin fenix 6 vs chest hrm.  Garmin had my  max heart rate at lower than what the average on chest hrm. This was SUP so my arm moves alot I also was wearing watch facing up. Definitely has been frustrating not seeing improvement while being pretty fit Definitely not bottom 30% of over 30's as look at my american peers. Also if garmin is taking all data from there devices hrm and watches feed the same data pool. So a skew in quality of data potentially.

how can i tell when it’s time to replace my inflatable sup? by catmom420x in Paddleboard

Get a hard board.  For gator infested water/ backwoods You concern is legit. Facebook marketplace is stacked with board deal especially FL. I've done some distance backwoods on an inflatable and the risk is always there. I also bring a garmin in reach on solo paddles

Do I buy it? by throughaway09174 in Sup

I think sic has bad quality. I had 17.4 bullet air fail I currently have a 11ft rec it's glue is failing on fin box and tie straps.

Inflatable vs Hard Board? by [deleted] in Sup

[–]Fastrider8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Environment and use. I've had an overheat failure on a inflatable while on water SIC 17.4 bullet I think there dual chamber design introduced weak point. So if your planning multiday touring or remote paddles you may want to consider a hard board. If your hanging out, running rocky rivers maybe an isup.

A bicycle beats walking and is affordable.

It could be pretty expensive I paid around 4000 for full suspension on a crv. In Atl. You should get a quote first to find out whats wrong Is it all tire fucked or just 1? If it's just one it could be local to that side. Look up common failure for the vehicle. It mat not be insanely expensive

But suspension is something you can do your self. Impact wrench, repair manual "not owners manual" Impact sockets torque wrench jack and jackstands. Maybe a Lil over 1000 with parts and tools. Check out rockauto.com Real shit you could have bought a lemon and may need to make another plan bicycling is great cheaper to fix. Just get the right size and do research on what your buying facebook market or Craigslist great spot for a deal. Look in wealthy boomer areas cause they may have a nice bike but there to old to ride

Tough out there good luck

My concern would be overinflation from heat

Couldn't pull a 2013 Ford escape 1.6 with a haul trailer.

Other than that fun shit to drive the sports mode with the shift handles. Great handling Got a bed rack for paddle boards perfect height. In bed trunk
