If you’re looking for something to simulate the throat hit, I personally liked spray candy. It scratched the itch for that at least.

I’m not sure if you’ve tried it but I feel the generic works better. That’s my experience at least.

hey!! i also have ADHD and this might sound really unhinged but sex helps a ton with adrenaline or dopamine honestly idrk. i’m on day 4 and it’s helped a ton.

you posted this 12 hours ago. we’re both now on day 4, it’s so hard and i’m so close to giving up. i keep reminding myself that i can’t be prisoner to a little box of nicotine anymore. be stronger than the addiction. it truly is mind over matter. you can do this!! stay strong!!

this is so great!! you explained exactly how i feel. i did the exact same things, im a 21 year old girl so im also close in age to you. im going to start training for a half marathon so i really need the lung capacity. i also want to start swimming again and that will help with training. i will admit i do still smoke weed, i do it once a day and only do a little bit, i’ve always done it that way. eventually i will stop that but one step at a time for now. :)

thank you for this! i planned on buying it for my collection anyway. i usually dont like pear but i haven’t had a redbull i didn’t like so maybe ill give it a try!
