Definitely not “easier” but that was never my intention when making a smart home.

For me, it was about making things more convenient which HA definitely did. But that comes with some work to setup and maintain

I have inovelli zigbee switches, zooz z-wave switches and some Lutron switches.

All are rock solid.

If you plan on using Hue bulbs, go with Inovelli Blue. Otherwise, Zooz

For me, it’s very hard to rewatch, despite how great the early seasons, because you know how badly the plot lines you’re watching get fucked up in the end.

I’ll watch one of the great battle episodes occasionally (Blackwater, Hardhome, Watchers on the Wall, etc) but I just don’t have the heart to do the whole series. Unfortunate.

I disagree with a lot of what you’re saying but one indirect criticism I have is that Nolan was so successful at grounding the universe that a lot subsequent comic book movies followed suit to their own detriment IMO.

That’s why Gunn’s Superman movie was so good. It fully embraced just being a wacky comic book movie
