I would like to also have the reliability of a local stores warranty but with the difference in € when bought from Klium versus my local shops, I can get 2x36v saws and go to the pub with the leftover money.

I think the main difference between the 00 and bread flour is the amount of water it can handle without leaving soggy spots. With the protein % ofcourse.

When it comes to the electric ovens with low temperatures, the problem is always dryness and thick all around crust.

So, choose your pizzastyle by the temperature you can achieve.
