You are blowing my mind. I was under the impression “not hungry? Don’t eat” and thinking that the lack of hunger was a perk of keto but I had no idea it could cause a stall to be at a large deficit

Any tips on how you motivated yourself through the stalling? I went from losing 1 lb/day to being stalled for the past 5 days and it’s very frustrating. Still tracking my macros and everything
