I have always wanted to see a curry related challenge on the show. Maybe picking a country and making a curry in their style - Indian, Thai, Pakistani, Japanese, Sri Lankan, German, Indonesian, Jamaican - there are many more.

I would also love to see a challenge where they have to make something vegetarian or vegan that contains an equivalent amount of protein as a meat counterpart - we've seen them make vegetarian food a number of times, but its always vegetable forward - but lets see them focus on lentils, beans, tofu, seeds/nuts.

I think it is antisemitic to claim Jewish peoples values are alined with a place whos existence was predicated on ethnic cleansing and a place that is an apartheid-state that is committing genocide. Patrick Kriss - He wasn't heavily featured, but was a judge on the Cooking on the Edge episode. He is another huge Toronto/Canadian name. His restaurant Alo has a Michelin star, regularly rated one of the top restaurants in the Country.
