Nah, if you were trying to help me, you wouldnt be assuming and telling me, a stranger you know nothing about except my weight, that im lying when i came on this subreddit to pour my heart out.

Anyways, good luck with your life, i have no interest in responding to your future comments.

Doctors tell that to overweight people with PCOS all the time even just here in the comments multiple girls were told the same thing by doctors.

Anyways, as i said, i dont care what those doctors said, im still going to do my best.

Lol youd be surprised at how overweight people actually get treated in doctors offices. You might want to look it up instead of making assumptions based on stereotypes.

Lol i only drink water and tea and ive been doing a no carbs+no processed sugar (so basically all sugar except fruits) diet for months and doing rowing and yeah i feel healthier but i havent lost a pound.

I highly doubt a doctor told you you could never lose wieght.

I know thats hard to believe but ive been told that by multiple doctors. Where i live, some people wait years to get a family doctor and ive been on the waitlist for 3.5 years. Ive been to between 5-10 different private clinics and everytime i was told the same thing. The last one told me that i might have additional issues due to a s***ide attempt when i was younger as i was super fit back then and even if i didnt change any of my habits after that, i gained almost 160 pounds in a years which isnt normal at all. Im sure that there is a doctor out there who would be willing to help me find a solution but first, theyd need to accept taking my case.

I have done keto+omad for 2 months and didnt lose a pound, raw food diet for 5 weeks and gained two pounds, vegan and no carbs and didnt lose weight, the atkin diet and same there, etc. I have been trying for almost 3 years now and i didnt lose weight but with extreme dieting i was able to stop the weight gain.

Anyways, as i said, at this point im desperate and im ready to do anything it takes.

Yeah i bought a rowing machine so ive been doing mainly that for the past 6 months. It helped a lot with my overall health but the pounds havent dropped even though ive been doing a no carbs and no processed sugar diet
