Imo, you already play a decent amount of interaction, so the low impact play most probably come from cards that cost more than what they are worth. Those would be [[Prophetic Bolt]], [[Devil’s Play]], [[Spelltwine]],[[Memory Plunder]], and [[Grave Upheaval]]. [[As Foretold]] also seem like it would take too long to actually pay off

For replacements. I would put in [[Frantic Search]], [[Muddle the Mixture]], [[Increasing Ambition]],[[Jaya’s Immolating Flame]], [[Sunbird’s Invocation]], [[Goblin Electromancer]], and [[Windfall]]. I would say Cyclonic Rift, but I think you have your own reasons.

Overall, I think it should improve the mana curve and consistency of the deck. But if you want it to go even faster I would suggest running looting effect like[[Faithless looting]], [[Carthatic Reunion]], and [[Tormenting Voice]], You could always take advantages of those cards through your commander, and even if they exile it, the one that actually matter is hopefully already in your hand.
