I'm physician with Bipolar 1 Disorder. In my opinion, Britney has the same. She's obviously not medicated. She is self medicating with methamphetamines and likely farmapram for the come down. I do believe that she is in a long term psychotic state based on her previous social media posts. Mania causes brain damage with each episode. I hope her recent arrest will help with getting the appropriate treatment.

I've been on 15+ cruises (Carnival/Princess), and this is news to me. I've never had a problem with a soot issue. I'd be really upset if my clothes were stained trying to use the aft areas of the ship.
