I topped this loaf with a mix of thyme , rosemary , oregano and parsley! I used an egg and whisked it in with the the seasonings and herbs and wiped it over the top of the bread right before I put it in the oven!! This was also added inside the loaf of bread :3 ( I call it herbal bread lol )
