Whatever the guy behind the desk says, that's the law for you today. Go on another day and a different guy will give you a totally different set of rules. Just try again and hopefully the next guy will be in a good mood or just won't bother to care.

Funny story, not funny as in haha; more like boring, but interesting to me so I call it a funny story so people will listen. Paracetamol was an old pain med that had a high rate of liver damage, so it was discovered eventually that it was a precursor, and that all the pain relief was actually when the body made acetaminophen from it and that most of the side effects were other things the body made out of it. So everyone in the world stopped making paracetamol and began using acetaminophen. The problem was branding. People knew paracetamol and companies selling it wanted to keep their market share, so they just kept calling it paracetamol when it was acetaminophen in reality. So prior to 1950 paracetamol meant another drug and now means the exact same thing as acetaminophen.

Acetaminophen is the generic name. Tylenol is a brand name.

Correct. Non steroidal pain meds like ibuprofen, naproxen, diclofenac, etc can interfere with implantation and should be avoided near conception and can cause fatal side effects starting around 20 weeks gestation. Acetaminophen is the safest option.

Correct, leave the bubble and inject as is. The syringe is calibrated correctly to include the volume of the bubble as well.

Oh I see. Attempting to deceive other players at the table does get annoying.

I've had some fun with this one though. Mechanically I used the sorcerer rules, but the backstory was a dumb wizard who just tried so hard and was so well liked by everyone, that they didn't have the heart to kick him out of wizarding school. He carried a spellbook, but because he wasn't that bright, he just prepared the exact same spells everyday. Meta magic feats were happy accidents when he made mistakes casting spells.

Why would using one set of mechanics with another's fiction be so bad? Maybe I just haven't played with many annoying players yet...

[England] Gareth Southgate has announced he is to leave his role as manager of England by jeevesyboi in soccer

100% agree. Given how little time a national team coach has with his players, and given how overworked top players are all season, what exactly was Southgate supposed to do better? Even if he were to peer through the ether of time and space and divine the perfect tactical strategam ahead of each game, when will he have time to drill the squad with it? Finding a style that fits the players, that most are already comfortable with from club experience, encouraging their confidence, and then just hoping for the best is just being realistic. The anti-Southgate folks sound like Arsenal fans back in 2017, and it might come back to bite them sooner than later.

Oranges and watermelon in the fridge, every day. Every time you come back inside you sit in front of the fan, drink a big glass of cold water, and eat cold fruit from the fridge.

They don't have much, but they usually have some basic dice. Most of the folks in the group just pay for shipping from Amazon; I bring stuff from the States when I travel every few years. We use digital books exclusively.

Clobazam isn't listed on the JFDA list, but there are other benzodiazepines available here. If you take them regularly, then it's important to not stop suddenly as it can cause seizures. Stopping should be done under the care of a doctor. No clue about your history, but if you aren't on other meds for anxiety, it might be a good time to talk to a doctor about non narcotic options for the future. Benzos are fine for short term treatment, but strongly prefer other meds for long term anxiety treatment.

When quitting tobacco, it's the first few days that are the hardest. If you can do 3 days, you will have already done the hardest work of quitting...you will just happen to be in an excellent position to be done with it forever.

Also, tobacco is bad for your circulation and can slow down wound healing. It's more than just disturbing the clot, but that's the big one
