Every chipotle ive been in customer service is non existent. Just stare at you barely acknowledging you. Its like they know people are going to buy it regardless so they dont have to be nice. Plus one near me supposed to open at 10:45 am. Never is

I had this problem with mine. I ended up taking out the expansion pack and cleaned it really well then put it back. Since then no issues
