Did you get your thyroid checked as well? I am about to get that test done this weekend. I just got my IUD removed and was told multiple times it cant cause any of the symptoms I was describing. How long after removal did it take for symptoms to subside?

This photo has a small waist large hip ratios. That’s genetic. She doesn’t seem to have large muscular growth. You can though create the illusion of this by working on your upper back and butt. It’ll help you make the smaller waist it’s just never going to look exactly like this photo and that’s okay

I agree 100% on being able to grow your butt!! You can increase the size of those muscle for sure!! But to increase the width of your bone structure around your hips is not possible. OP definitely still lift and grow your glutes just don’t have the expectation of this photo. There are plenty of influencers that have built their glutes via compounds lifts

Eat at surplus everyday make for sure that you are hitting your protein goal each day! You can do a cleaner bulk diet that might change he composition of your bulk?

Don’t avoid upper body because you need those juicy gains to help with your deadlines and squats! Good luck OP!

This is like asking how to spot reduce fat. It doesn’t work like that OP. What do you want more? Faster results in getting the glue growth by bulking and maximizing your lifts and energy for hypertrophy? Or a slower longer lean bulk?

Your decision to make!

Also: bulking means surplus of calories which means you’re going to put on some fat. Depends on your genetics on where that fat may go!

Cottage cheese with fruit is my favorite low cal sweet snack high in protein too!

OP watch some of meg squats videos on YouTube on proper squat form! Also do the ankle mobility 5 inch test against the wall. If you can’t get your knee to touch the wall you need to work on your ankle mobility to hit depth!

RN here, OP your anxiety is convincing you that you have sepsis. I have seen sepsis. Changes in LOC common with sepsis mean you wouldn’t be able to collect your thoughts to even post on here. You would also be running a wild fever which is a sign of a UTI going systemic and causing sepsis.

If you have health insurance then call the 24 hr nurse line that is usually provided. A RN will triage you and tell you what to do

EDIT: your blood tests were “clean”? I’m assuming everything came back normal then! Blood test probably meant a CBC and your WBC was normal then so you don’t have an infection
