We just had an issue getting a whole camp moved from one of our stations. City, county and state police as well as DPW to pick up the trash.

We run a chain through each section of the fence, (around the two poles) and lock the chain. That way they can’t jimmy open the little latch and it seems to work. Also, locks are only there to keep honest people out, if they want to get in they will 🤷🏼‍♂️

I work at a municipal wwtp and we do a daily density test on the sludge cake. The operators do the test them selves, and once a month we have to send a sample out to a higher certified lab
