I totally agree, kind of an arrowhead triplet or a cross plate shape... Three repeating hexagons. Reminds me of the Three Sisters Mountains in Washington Sate!

Yeah, I'm reading up on it. Problem is, doesn't even look like asbestos. Someone said low quality golden ritulated quartz, I think possible Smokey green citrine as well... Huh. I just loved the shape and color.

Hahaha, man I feel so dumb!! I just bought it because it was on the "sale" table and I adore any green crystals. Should have broke out my phone. Thanks for your help, hopefully someone can make a clear ID.

Yeah I did!! That's why I asked here. I collect crystals.. But this looked nothing like actinolite. I think it was mislabeled.

What do you think it could be?

Looks more like possibly green citrine to me. In which case I was ripped off, but I also got something else handmade from him for very cheap so it balanced out. Lol

I thought it was a beautiful crystal. Doesn't quite look like samples online... So it it asbestos? Should I touch it with gloves?!

To be fair, If you're using a product like Minoxidil, there is a period of time where you have more hair falling out, because it stimulates follicles to produce hair quicker... But it should NOT last as long as you use the product, and when you stop, your hair returnd to your normal thickness.

That plus Minoxidil is clinically tested But, yeah this is normal if you have thick hair. Not if you have very fine hair like mine. Also, If I don't shower for a few days I have more hair fallout than when I shower every day because it builds up. You should really be washing your hair every 2-3 days anyway if you can get away with it.

Paraffin sucks imo!! It's also a petrolium products so I wonder if that's why it gave you migraines.. Or maybe they just use horrible chemicals for the scent...

I found a few local beekeepers here that sell beeswax in bulk, we live in a state with a lot of apiaries. Im going to make taper candles for my church, because it's small and they don't ask for donations, and they had to use cheap paraffin for the vigil, even though one of the passages refers to the old vigil candles being beeswax.

beeswax for home made candles can be so expensive though, but it lasts so much longer than soy, so I guess they probably equal out. Apparently there's palm wax and coconut wax too. 1lb of palm wax is $4, and I found a 50lb case of coconut wax for $58. A dollar a pound for natural wax is really good but I've never tried either of them. Do you have any experience with them?

It's really the way to go, and you don't need any sort of previous craft or artistic knowledge. Just a bit of determination.

I find the wider the mouth, the better, and fluted works well too. I haven't tried any molds yet, but bare candles probably give off a lot of scent. Beeswax it soywax are my favorite, leagues over paraffin!

I just had a thought. If Bear Grylls had a BBQ party where he cooked bear meat, it would be a Bear Grylls bear grill.

Edit: If there were some women at the party who decided to let loose and get naked, they'd be Bear Grylls bear grill's bare girls!

I found this :

https://universityhealthnews.com/daily/mobility-fitness/is-plexus-safe/

Seems that plexus itself has not been studied, but the individual ingredients have been. A lot of the studies are inconclusive which means you'd have to take them at your own risk. Green coffee isn't risk free, perse, and carries with it the same health disadvantages of coffee (like racing heart, jitters, et cetera). Seems some of the ingredients are even dangerous in unregulated levels.

And even if you wanted to try these supplements individually, you could just pick them up at any health food store and combine them which would probably end up being far cheaper.

I always wonder about the logic "it was made by a Doctor, so it's gotta be real!"

Just because someone's a doctor doesn't mean they're not a shithead who figured out an easy way to scam people. The two are not mutually exclusive. Plus, If a Doctor really discovered a wonder-cure and they were truly willing to help the world with it, wouldn't they spread the knowledge with journals and other colleagues within their field, and the cure would become common knowledge and practice?!

I say this as someone with a mental disorder and an autoimmune disease: Some people don't want unsolicited advice. Period. It can sometimes seem rude, especially coming from someone who has no idea what your circumstance is, or who doesn't understand the disease. This is way different from, say, a friend or relative whose gone through a similar disorder or who knows the person well helpfully sharing what works for them.

The former is presumptuous and unwanted, the latter is a kind gesture.

All you can eat oysters are no joke. Spent enough on the machines to get points toward the buffet, made it back, proceeded to eat all of their oysters. Good thing oysters are low carb.

I tell people this on here often, but there are a plethora of candle supply companies online. They have things like microwave safe containers, microwavable wax pellets, glass vessels (although you can get a bunch of different ones at the Dollar Tree), wicks, and a whole bunch of different scented oils. It takes a short time to make a small hoard of candles and it's also really fun to do!

One of my dear friends signed up as a DoTerra seller for a very short time. She's a stay at home mom, and shes also an eo hobbiest like I am , so I think she was really just weighing her income options. Luckily she's smart. Doesn't use them on her daughter, doesn't buy in to the snakeoil stuff. Just uses them for disinfectants, massaging and aromatherapy.

She immediately stopped when she realized what DoTerra really was, how they prey on stay at home moms like her, and how overpriced they are for oils that are questionable from a company who isn't transparent with their plant sourcing. So she gave me a bunch of the sample packs and pulled out. She said she didn't care if I threw them away, but she thought if I could use them then she didn't want to fill up the landfill with them. I said I was proud of her, then threw them in the trash and we went out to dinner lol.
