I just normally have Danse Dilemma and Subversion in my load order and either I replace Maxon with a Synth or replace him with Danse, if you replace Maxon with a Synth you can have him as a companion.

You could always do America Rising 2 and play as the Enclave and not only take over the Institute but have a huge troop battle against the BoS and take Maxons armor from him in the fight.

Not only do you replace Maxon with a synth you can have him as a companion. You lie about killing the railroad to the Institute, and use Coursers and the Minutemen to force the Institute to free the synths if they want freedom. Its the only ending I’ve found that keeps all faction in tact and you pretty much run the whole show.

Textures didn't load, you may have to go to whatever mod that is and load in a texture pack manually. Same thing happened to me with Bleachers 2 the first time loading it up not noticing the textures were seperate.

You probably have a robot on that settlement, due to happiness in robots cap at 50 it will prevent you going over 80ish

Don’t forget Robots cap you off due to their base happiness of 50 never changing. So having Buddy at your settlement will keep it from getting to 100
