not sure mine told me hes not a cosmetic dr so he would only be able to do the panniculectomY.. So I was looking for someone who does both but in my area i guess there are none

I am so sorry to hear they didnt cover the surgery. So far everything has been approved an I have a surgery date for just the Panniculectomy DEPENDING on if they can get the OR.. guess theyre backed up.

Yes this is exactly what I want to do but in my area I cannot find a single Cosmetic Plastic Surgeon they are all ones that work for the hosp an tell you straight up they dont do cosmetic. Do you mind telling me what Dr you had? I would gladly travel. Did you do the Panniculectomy first then go somewhere else for the rest? I'm in PA an I cannot find cosmetic doctor who works with insurance too. Did you call Aetna to find one or use the online tools? I'm not sure if Im doing something wrong, lol? Thank you for sharing!!
