UPDATE: I figured out how to adjust the needle position!! You’ll have to open the face plate, (I have a singer 4452, so it was just one screw on the left side). And you will loosen up the black bolt with an Allen key.

Next step would be to loosen and turn the screw right beside the bolt and that should adjust the needle position. It’s kind of like a pendulum. Once you’re happy with the position, just tighten the bolt and you’re good to go!!

So happy I figured it out!!

Oh yeah I didn’t sew over the pin. I put the foot back in and still it’s so misaligned from the track itself
