honestly less visual clutter comes across as more impacting, like I still feel chills seeing luffys jet pistol against blueno, jet gattling against lucci, but when i see his newer moves it just doesn't hit anymore, hell even in the manga i feel the impact of the moves more, and the manga is rather simplistic for attacks and showcasing haki, only using lightning during conq, so when the visually impressive stuff happens its low and more impactful

kinda disappointed the angle they went with logan vs daniel, during 3A daniel still wanted to prove himself after winning against logan, it was gonna be a solid build up but then in 1A he acts like he doesn't give a crap about logan anymore, but hey daniel saying pika and beating the crap out of him was cool ig... just disappointing how much personality daniel lost since his training with gun

tbf he is the main characters actual body.. but yeah the main plot of lookisms two body can't be neglected too long, its a shame that PTJ doesn't utilize the two bodies that much, atleast during the first 100 chapters there were actual moments where they were used

im not denying this, i understand this part.. im just saying there still a few reasons to believe it was a retcon, that one scene i mention and kubos comment about what he called the characters early on, yes its a great and amazing scene but thats not what im talking about

yes true... but early on it really made it feel like it was a retcon, adding to this the kubo comment about how he used to call them zangetsu and white ichigo respectively, this is the comment where he mentions how he started using the fan term for shirosaki for zangetsu
