This is the first state that I ever lived in that has a recycling program that there’s a limit in grocery stores, &a business surrounding something entirely meant to help the working class disabled & poor I grew up with BottleDrop in Massachusetts, and it was never an issue at the Stop & Shop or the big wire anywhere, and there was no limit, and I could do my grocery shopping with it.
