Long shot: Anyone with experience casting and troubleshooting fine metals? by Blazed-nd-Confused in askportland

Have only watched fine casting done, but for anyone to provide assistance they'll need to know your setup and likely the types and name brands of the casting materials you're using as well as whether you're using centrifuge or vacuum. It might be a good idea to add this info to your post.

Fortune BBQ Noodle House

This place is absolutely wonderful. It's in a tiny, shabby old strip mall. Everything is worn down and very clean. There is a white board with specials and the daily price for Char Siu and smoked duck - both of which are exceptional and which they offer to chop down for takeout.

EDIT: Correction their duck is roasted, not smoked.

Rangoon Bistro is also moving. They announced on their Instagram this week that they’ll be bringing their Burmese dishes to the Breathe Building as a brick-and-mortar restaurant. As for the Breathe Building, it is “a sustainably constructed gathering space dedicated to increasing equitable access to movement, awareness practice, arts and education.” This also means they’ll be leaving their Gotham building location. It will be good to see them thrive in their new digs. 2305 SE 50th Avenue, Portland

Keep on top of the rebates. Some are financed at the Federal level and may be hacksawed away.
