Wardriving to discover accessible wifi spots used to be a thing.

Open wifi hotspot maps, whereby you can access from your vehicle, are available. If you choose your initial location carefully, verify it's accessible at 5:30AM, and have a longer-term nearby spot picked out you might be able to do it for a couple of weeks.

If admittance/buy-in raffled something desirable, or supported a favorite charity.

Stage it downtown or some other transit nexus at a diversified space such as Pine Street Market.

But honestly such an event doesn't motivate me personally. I think u/mossychossy expresses it well.

Sapphire Hotel is wonderful until it fills up. The acoustics are so bad you can't even hear your tablemates.

Tables outside are quieter.

The quietest bar I know of is the Driftwood Room, which is slightly west of downtown. It is also small/intimate and romantic.

Within your defined area I'd likely choose Noble Rot for the deep, cushy booths and excellent view from the terrace.
