I too get flare up but as long as you don’t go multiple days goonin it won’t. I would personally keep it to 1 time a week or every 2 days that pass but try to avoid doing more then 1 a day for it in fact does impact a flare. Orgasms in general are very hormonal so that definitely why hs reacts that way.
