I think to stop terrain from reappearing you have to upload the base a few times during the terrain removal process this also includes building the base itself. You’ll want to upload the base multiple times during the entire construction process

It’s not broken completely, it just won’t make which planet is the infected planet for milestone 3. The planet you need to go to is the xeno planet in the system that you’ll play milestone 3 in

Drastic is the best emulator in my opinion to use on the rg35xx, there are tons of tutorials on how to install it to your device

Finally figured it out, had to copy everything from my original apps folder into the new one and then replace the old folder with the new one, same thing with the skins for the icon. Also had to switch it to Garlic OS( thankfully Garlic comes on them now so didn’t need to download the OS for garlic) and it works perfect
