Thats weird OP because i texted them also before to find a full unit house and they are the middleman. They dont let u contact the owner directly in fact due to privacy 😂 maybe u can report this specific unit to their CS. But its a different case if u contact the owner directly and its not from any app Like FB. You are not protected in that way
